No worries. If you enter a wrong account number or amount the transaction will not go through and Mpesa will cancell the transaction.
As soon as our systems detect that payment has been made, you can click on view receipt button. You however need to be logged in to print receipts.

Upon payment, the platform is configured to send an SMS message to the users handset. We provide notifications for both successful and rejected transactions with unique transaction ID.

This is the primary notification channel. All important notifications will be channelled to the email used during signup.
This channel is mostly used to send payment notifications. Be sure to enter the correct phone number during signup .
This icon is found at the top right section of your dashboard usually for payment notices.
This feature allows you to contact the county team whenever you have any questions or need clarification. You will create/raise a ticket and be notified via email if a member of staff responds to your issue. Once you are satisfied you can mark the issue as resolved/close ticket.

No worries,you can raise a ticket or the issue and the staff will reconcile the payment as long as you have the transaction reference message from Mpesa
